The Challenge
We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack AI Engineer to join our team and play a key role in revolutionizing industrial processes through AI- powered visual inspection systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in AI development, visual inspection, and system engineering to create groundbreaking solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in R&D activities to develop and improve AI models for visual inspection, staying current on the latest advancements in the field.
• Train and validate AI models on real- world industrial datasets, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
• Continuously improve the performance and generalizability of AI models through data analysis and model optimization techniques.
• Integrate AI models with software applications to create a complete and functional visual inspection system.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to understand the specific needs and challenges of industrial visual inspection applications.
• Document code, models, and systems effectively for maintainability and future reference.
• Leverage your understanding of optical systems to ensure optimal image capture for effective AI model training and deployment.
• Develop software applications using Python and C++/C to interface with lighting controllers, cameras, and other hardware components for data acquisition.
• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI models for real- world industrial visual inspection tasks.

• Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills with a passion for innovation and creating practical solutions.
• Master&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid understanding of optical systems and their impact on image quality.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency and experience in writing technical proposals
• Proficiency in Python and C++/C with the ability to develop software for hardware interaction and data acquisition.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying visual inspection solutions in industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts with a focus on object detection, image classification, and anomaly detection.
• Experience working with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.) and familiarity with deep learning frameworks.
• Proven experience in R&D for AI models, particularly in the domain of computer vision and visual inspection.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
