Minimum 10 years’ experiences in air freight industry and at least 5-year in managerial experience.
Independent, strong leadership, team spirit, highly adaptable, good self starter
Flexible, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill, can meet tight deadlines
Good understanding and experience in air freight consolidations, airline operations, airport operations.
Understanding of Ecommerce air operations will be essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Understanding of verticals like DG, High tech, Retail, pharma Aerospace is a plus.
Degree holder in Global Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation is preferred.
