[Urgent] 01 Operation Manager (Good English) - Freight Forwarding

- Support accounting team to finalize financial report on time. Quyền lợi
- Updating weekly report(volume, revenue, updating status of picking up D/O, etc.).
- Lead the operation team for air, sea, export and import from A to Z.
- Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance follow Vietnamese Law.
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s.
- Handle customers’ enquiries, quotations and overseas agents’ correspondence and offering solutions.
- Update complain from customer to Korean manager based on weekly.
- Check all emails and follow shipment to prevent the trouble as much as possible.
- 13th month bonus, Health check, Teambuliding.
- Cross check all quotation made by operation staff.(especially for D term).
- Checking all payment request/profit and loss sheet about operation.
- Other
- Check SOA with agency(domestic/oversea).
- Salary depends on experience and ability of candidate.
- Updating freight from carrier/airline/co- loader.

- Requirements and customer’s standard operating procedures.

- Good customer service skill/Active & hard- working.
- Prefer candidates who can start to work immediately.
- Specialized skill and experienced for Logistics experience.
- Excellent command of English (Oral and of written skill) and computer skills(Microsoft office).
- Good health and work under high pressure.
- Experience request: Have more than 3- 5 year experience in logistics company.
- Teamwork spirit.
- University/Colleges Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic, Marine…
