Air Freight Supervisor

Building and keeping good relationships with all partners, such as: airlines, vendors, internal and external customer.
Ensure that all members in the team to understand and follow strictly SOPs of all accounts and that the team operates smoothly.
Ensure all troubles are solved or escalated to the manager promptly.
Manage the Air team with 6- 8 members to ensure that all inquiries from assigned customers are responded to promptly.

Good English in speaking and writing
Have good relationship with airlines to have good rates.
Minimum 5 years in the airfreight field
At least 2- 3 years under the same position
