Lead, train, and develop the air freight sales team.
Negotiate with airlines, agents, and clients to secure competitive rates and services
Identify and grow new business opportunities, focusing on potential clients in the air freight sector
Details will be discussed during the interview.
Develop and implement air freight sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers and transport partners
Yêu cầu công việc
Good English are preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills..
At least 3- 5 years of experience in the air freight industry, particularly in sales management.
Deep understanding of the logistics market and air freight networks.
