Job Description: AI Technical Consultant (Copilot Specialist)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Technical Consultant (Copilot Specialist) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on building and enhancing Microsoft Copilot solutions that integrate artificial intelligence (AI) with business processes. This includes developing AI models, implementing Copilot functionality, and ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI development, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP), with a passion for driving business transformation through AI- powered technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Copilot Development & Customization
Tailor AI workflows to meet specific business needs, ensuring high- quality, context- aware responses.
Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) models to create conversational AI interactions within Microsoft applications.
Design, develop, and customize AI- powered copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 applications.
AI Solution Integration
Develop custom connectors and APIs to ensure smooth data flow and communication between Copilot models and business applications.
Integrate Microsoft Copilot functionalities into Power Apps, Power Automate, and other enterprise systems to enhance workflows and decision- making.
Implement and optimize AI- powered automation, leveraging Copilot to streamline tasks and boost productivity.
Data Management & Optimization
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data is properly structured and cleaned for effective AI modeling.
Optimize data pipelines for real- time processing and AI output quality.
Fine- tune and retrain AI models based on feedback and data performance to continuously improve accuracy and relevance.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure AI functionalities are operating as expected.
Troubleshoot any issues related to Copilot integrations, AI performance, and data handling.
Provide ongoing support and ensure smooth AI operations post- deployment.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
Work closely with business analysts, Power Apps developers, and solution architects to ensure AI solutions align with business goals.
Contribute to team knowledge- sharing and best practices in AI development and Copilot implementation.
Stay up- to- date with the latest AI, machine learning, and Microsoft Copilot advancements, applying new features and capabilities as they become available.
Required Qualifications:
Experience integrating AI models with business applications, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Technical Skills
Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or other AI platforms.
5+ years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or natural language processing.
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
Proficiency in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Azure AI, and NLP technologies.
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills to develop effective AI solutions.
Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
Experience
Ability to work in a collaborative, team- oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
Soft Skills
Strong programming skills in Python, C, or JavaScript for AI modeling and automation.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non- technical stakeholders.
