Main Purpose:
District Manager is responsible for multiple retail stores within a designated geographical area. He/She is expected to conduct weekly store IMPACT visits with the BIG 4 training and development tool to ensure continuous training/development on his/her team with ALDO operation standards. Supports HOS in all essential duties and responsibilities necessary for the efficient operations of the business. The purpose of the job is to ensure that stores are running smoothly and efficiently and that sales targets are being met.
Key Accountabilities:
PEOPLE
Network and recruit qualified store managers for each store.
Ensure the company code of ethics is implemented and upheld in all stores.
Motivating and supporting store managers and associates to reach their full potential.
Ensuring the Store&039;s qualified headcount budget is maintained through the networking/recruiting process.
Ensuring Qualified SM/SMIT placed/rotated at all stores.
Applying effective Training, Evaluation, and Coaching processes as per ALDO academy standards to develop every store member.
ACHIEVE APPROVED SALES & PRODUCTIVITY TARGETS
Drive overall retail performance Indicators and behaviors (Traffic, Conversion, AOV, IPT, SC, HB, Acc) in stores by implementing ALDO retail practices.
Monitor the sales figures against sales targets, analyze and interpret trends, and capitalize on data reports to maximize sales.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve store operations.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ensuring every store delivers Customer Service in accordance with ALDO G.O.L.D expectations/ Store environments (music, lighting…).
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to improve overall business performance.
Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues.
STORE OPERATIONS
Ensuring the Store operation manual is applied according to the Company’s policy and Aldo Brand’s procedure.
Planning & conducting an effective schedule for Store Impact Visits.
Submitting all accurate regular/ ad- hoc reports on time.
Approve all store schedules at least two weeks in advance
Conducting at least 4,5 regular store visits per week to assess and assist store team by training and development using IMPACT visit and Big 4, Store Agenda/MBO and other provided tools.
PRODUCTS & BRANDING
Ensuring All stores meet AGI VM Standards.
Ensuring Effectively Inventory Controlling and Management Processes.
Assisting store managers with inventory management, merchandising, and marketing efforts.
