Analyst

- Actively interacting and exchanging application or product features with business owner to fit with business growth and improvement also.
- Case- tools are good in use for modeling business requirements according to transform to the use- cases and system- behaviors which would be used by different types of users (i.e. u- case diagram); modeling data flows and processing and storage (i.e. process/activity diagram, data flow diagram); modeling process flows (i.e. sequence diagram).
- Participate in project, review and receive all related documents.
- Conducting exchanges with customers, with other departments, with partners to clarify requirements and advise on implementation solutions; analyze actual business cases for the development phase; Including but not limited to all the business related to content management, business processing flow, work automation on technology platforms (i.e. Workflow SharePoint; ECM/BPM solution; RPA).
- Discussing and contributing suggestions and solutions related to requirements.
- Have background knowledge of some kind of databases to support your area. Have background knowledge about business architecture.
- Have background knowledge some kind of test (function test; integration test; load test; user acceptance test; ...).
- Collect all the requirements; documenting business requirement spec; modeling business process flow, business data flow (i.e. customer onboard, account opening, account maintenance, account closure, PDM...); finding and controlling all the situations that users will be interactive with internal/external system.
- Analyze and design business processes, integrated data processes among related systems; optimize and reuse of system capabilities.

Educational Qual: University degree or higher and trained and experienced in information technology and software
Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Experience in UML for modeling business process, ucase diagram, data folow, sequence flow
- Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation
Skills
- Presentation skill; Time management; Probem resolving skill
- Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts
Relevant Experience
- 3- 5 years working in financial, banking sector
- At least 7 years working in software field
Others
- Knowning some kind of relationship databases.
- Understanding of bank business processes and constraints.
