Android Team Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with team members and provide technical insight as needed.
Manage our mobile dev team, 5+ developers
Perform individual project components within the entire development life cycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Manage in Java/Kotlin.
Manage the full technical life- cycle of Android applications during the development phase.

Understanding of different security aspects (encryption, API protection, SSH, etc.)
Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to connect Android applications to back- end services
2- 5 years of Experience working with native Android Development and with different Android OS variations (4.4 and up).
Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers, etc.
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Able to work and deliver under pressure and within deadlines.
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
5 + years managing Mobile developers in Android
Familiarity with continuous integration
Strong problem- solving skills, creativity, and appetite to learn.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools. Understanding of Git branching models such as Git Flow and comfortable doing code reviews.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
