Ar Accountant

Revenue Reconciliation and Recording:
- Analyze and resolve any discrepancies in accounts.
- Ensure accurate recording of all transactions into the accounting system.
- Check and reconcile revenue data.
Customer Accounts and Collections:
- Prepare and send regular accounts receivable reports.
- Review customer accounts and balances to ensure timely payments.
- Check and reconcile customer accounts receivable.
- Prepare contracts, procedures, and payment- related documents as needed by customers.
- Cross- check sales data with accounts receivable data.
Invoicing and Financial Management
- Record accounting entries for accounts receivable into the accounting software.
- Issue invoices in compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Calculate commissions/incentives for internal and partners
Other: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (interacting with customers, partners and resolving payment issues)
- Proficiency in Google Workspaces (Sheet, Doc, Drive…)
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Great organizational skills (Managing invoices, payments, and customer accounts)
Qualification and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting or related fields
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
