AR Accountant

Responsibilities:

Reconcile detailed sales revenue and collections with the Sales Department from both online and offline sales channels.
Manage daily sales revenue by entering detailed data into Misa Accounting software.
Keep track of inventory promptly as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Monitor and report cash collections from sales, controlling related costs of card transactions and expenses at store locations.

Accounts Receivable Management:

Accurately monitor the status of accounts receivable.
Analyze daily accounts receivable from each sales channel.

Compliance:

Report output VAT.
Issue VAT invoices to customers in accordance with tax regulations.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and VAS standards.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Misa Accounting software or similar invoicing software.
Graduate from college/university.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in retail companies.
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in sales accounting or accounts receivable.
