Architect - Kiến Trúc Sư

- Support and coordinate with the planning control team to make plan, report and manage schedule of work for reporting BOD.
- Prepare the letter, submit the dossier to Department authorities for approval.
- Check the current law, regulation, decision to consult team or BOD
- Coordinate with the PC team and consultant to complete the assignments.
- Manage, store and organize related records or documents.
- Control the project schedule strictly and solve problems during the implementation of the project to complete on time
- Update the changes of law or regulation related to plan, construction, IP for BOD

- Good knowledge of planning work.
- Liaise with authorities for master plan approval.
- Liaise with design consultant and statutory permission if any.
- Good ability to understand and apply law in work.
- Have experience in infrastructure design and plan of industrial zone is priority.
- Good ability to calculate and analysis the project feasibility
- Well- trained in BIM, Microsoft project, CAD, and Microsoft office.
- Have the ability to plan and organize the duties in order to meet targets and objectives.
