Execute some paper works to make sure all sales activities to be run smoothly such as:
Prepare other communication (letter, dialogue…)
Prepare Sales Contract
Propose promotion program and make the report
Propose Over- sales
Claim expense & Cash advance, …
Update and report project/contractor data
Participate actively trainings and any program held by the company.
Work or co- operate with MI independently and do some analysis and/or forecast about sales, market, competitor… and then prepare a proposal to line manager
Follow up and implement communication net- working
Follow up and implement the Internal communication:
Actively join cross – function meeting if any
Share information relating to market, customer, competitor, promotions in place with line- manager and others.
Check internal mail and response accordingly
Participate in weekly meeting, monthly meeting in sales section
Follow up and implement the External communication
Build up a net- work of construction companies (private or state owned) and / or other government office relating to our industry.
Keep our customer informed about HVL policy, promotion programs… in place.
Get any feedbacks from customer about HVL product, service, sales policy… and report to line manager with respective comments/solutions.
Conduct market intelligence.
Follow up marketing channel management
Build up networking with construction companies, contractors, specifiers, board of project management
Propose and conduct build- up of an efficient net- work of distributors in assigned territory.
Co- operate with distributors working with their customers such as retailers, contractors, specifies… to gain some key sales & marketing objectives in respect of sales volume, market coverage, retail chain- efficiency and so on …
Make analysis and give proposals to line manager for distribution management improvement.
Pro- actively manage distributors doing their business in compliance with policies and/or procedures set by Holcim such as Over- sales, territory assigned management (bombing control), pricing…
Follow up Master Coverage Plan (MCP) visiting retailers to improve HVL bag intensified distributions.
Co- operate with distributors to implement sales and/or marketing activities/programs in the assigned market.
Cooperate with cross- functional on daily sales operation
Other assignments by line managers
Co- operate with Regional Marketing Supervisor (RMS) to hold workshops (RW, TW, FGM, MS), implement trade marketing promotions to customers and other marketing actives/events if any.
Co- operate with technical support to give consultancy to end- users or solve complain to customers according to Customer Complain Tracking System (CCTS).
A long with customer service suggest credit supporting to relevant distributor and manage effectively credit granted to distributor to prevent bad debts from distributors.
With logistic and production ensure physical distribution flow from HVL plan to end- user runs well at the best cost but high satisfaction from customers.
