Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Etc(Cvai Products)_Hà Nội & North Provinces Dr. Reddy's

This role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing effective leadership to the sales team.
The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales activities of our pharmaceutical products in a specific region.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the region to inform decision- making and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and research & development to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets for the assigned region.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and business reviews with the team to ensure consistent communication and alignment of goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team in the region, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned region in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and government institutions within the region to maximize opportunities to promote and sell company products.

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams effectively.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Medical/Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the specific region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer- oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Results- driven and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
