Area Sales Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Prepare kinds of reports: sales report, Lost quote report (LQR) and other related to management board.
Attend bidding as required of specific project.
Monitor change orders and variations/ make contract addendums and price variation accordingly.
Searche for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions through many sources such as attending social events, professional events and other activities…
Provide training and orientation for sales team to ensure sales force adapt to changes of the market, customer satisfaction and help the team achieve assigned objectives.
Develop and grow long- term relationships with old customers and ensure customers data is always ready.
Implement all steps required for project selling as per company policy (as a salesman), such as: contact customers for detailed information, work with internal support teams for PPD, PIF, prepare information for bidding, following contract with customers…
Manage policy implementation in the department and propose changes (if any) when it is necessary for the company.
Monitor master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client).
Propose price matrix of specific project then get approval from BOD.
Base on each specific customer/project to have efficient plan to approach customer to ensure good taking care of customer as well.
Follow up and support subordinates and finance department on payment and L/C.
Keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs, analyze and do proper action plan.

Good product knowledge.
Good at English and Chinese language.
Experience in project based selling (Buildings Construction or Steel Buildings is preferred)
Thorough knowledge of sales techniques with min 5 years in Sales
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, decision- making and leadership ability combined with an analytical and creative mind to evaluate new opportunities.
Self- motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Open for both local and expatriate candidates.
Bachelor&039;s degree in technical background (Construction major is a big plus).
Good Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
