Area Sales Manager _Hanoi_ Sporting Goods

Working Location:
Tran Quoc Toan Streert, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam
Working time:
8:00 to 17:00- Monday to Friday, every alternate Saturday is half working day (8 am to 12 pm).
Responsibilities:
• Develop dealer and distributor network.
• Maintain good long- term relations with key customers to increase market share.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product developments in this space.
• Analyse market trends & plan ahead to forecast sales for the region assigned.
• Liaise efficiently and cooperatively with warehouse, accounts and affiliates.
• Ensure timely payment by customers and monitor customer growth potentials.
• Assist and participate in trade fairs.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.
• Develop and manage wholesale and retail customer accounts in North of Vietnam.
• Identify potential opportunities for further business.
• Work closely with sales team to achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets.

Requirements:
• Working experience in MS office, Excel & Word.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.(MUST)
• Experience: 5+ years of total experience of which minimum 2 years in sales distribution, preferably in a sporting goods/ apparel / footwear industry.
• Outstanding sales record with high sales activity.
• Aggressive, independent, self- motivated and customer – oriented individual.
• Education Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing are highly preferred.
