Global Business Planning: Lead annual CSP process with Global. Drive analysis and submission of BU inputs as per the global business planning requirement.
Coordinate with countries and functions to ensure timeliness and quality of input.
Submission of BU Situation Analysis based on collated and updated data from multiple sources- primary research, secondary data sources and inputs from regional functions.
Support countries in their Situation Analysis, Commercial Plan and Operational Plan submission. Validate their submission and ensure alignment to regional and global guidelines.
Build Long- Term Strategy and Strategic Projects execution across the region.
Co- develop new strategies in selected regions and sub- categories by providing recommendation, delivering a common established strategy framework, translates them into actionable and quantitative plans and budgets as well as supporting them through the process.
Responsible for planning and directing an organization&039;s strategic and long- range goals.
Develop BU Strategic Plans with clear ambition, where to play and roadmap of how to win and the financial impact including co development with individual countries.
Set- up and lead selected sub- category or regional strategic review process.
Build regional growth programs including channel expansion, innovative products or services to drive growth ambition.
Work with countries on specific identified challenges with the purpose of coming up with the projects to address these challenges.
Work with countries Identify the growth opportunities and develop the growth projects with KPIs tracking
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Maintains information and updated database on key competition, macro- economic indicators, market data and releases timely reports to internal clients.
Develop and maintain knowledge databases and file relevant (business) information either in existing systems or/and develop new platforms/ systems.
Release periodic reports on key competitors in the region, in alliance with finance, marketing & country teams and global strategy & planning team.
Collect data on economy, consumers/ customers, market, competitors through multiple sources- both internal and external and structure the data in meaningful way
Develop regional Brand and Demand Generation Strategy
Contact point to work with global brand management team to translate global strategic brand communication into regional brand strategy and provide guidance to country for implementation.
Governance of branding strategy (Brand approval for all assets)
Work with Country Head of Marketing to identify the common requirements of demand generation activities across the countries and develop the regional initiatives to achieve the business growth objectives.
Prepare data analysis, presentation that support strategy & planning requirement of the business and any other ad- hoc requests.
Close collaborate amongst Country Head of Marketing and cross BU functional management
Develop and manage business&039;s key performance indicators (KPI) to forecast and analyze company performance. This, in turn, helps facilitate accurate budgeting, resource planning and goal- setting.
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from internal sources in the regional office, global office, countries and External sources such as annual reports, analysts reports, press articles, secondary data sources ( EIU, IHS, CIA Fact book etc)
Host strategic review meetings.
Analyzing and interpreting data. Transforming data into insight and actionable strategy
Conduct and facilitate ad- hoc strategy workshops for management strategic discussion.
