Assistant Brand Manager

Duties:
· Observe and research market and competitors’ activities.
· Plan, execute and monitor all Marketing activities based on Galaxy Ciema’s strategy and orientation.
· Report all activities run by Marketing.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
· Manage execution of offline activities regarding Brand seasonal or incidental campaigns.
· Plan and monitor the production of Marketing material including in- door/out- door POSM, OOH, poster, uniform, sale tools as well as Digital display to maintain Brand exposure well in the frequency of appearance and the standardization of Brand Identity (BI).
· Work closely with the Promotion team and Sale team to manage and execute Branding events.
· Work closely with the Promotion team to plan and execute Brand seasonal campaigns.
· Keep update and report competitor’s activities regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly…).
· Support Brand Manager execute launching new cinemas.
· Monitor the Brand display application by external/interal partners to maintain Brand exposure well based on BI guideline.
· Support Brand Manager to execute Market Research, Customer behavior, Brand health Check report.
· Working closely with agencies and other vendor partners for co- branding campaigns.
· Work closely with Graphic Design team to brainstorm and create key visual and content to promote Branding as well Promotion campaigns/acitivities.
· Review and deliver all branding activities.
· Regularly sitecheck competitors and Galaxy Cinema to actively propose reacting campaigns against competitors’ ones.
· Others works if requested.

· Qualified in teamwork, stand for the high pressure.
· Be good at English speaking, reading.
· 2- year experience of branding in FnB, FMCG, Retail industries; especially experience of Entertainment will be a plus.
· Movie- loving will be a super plus.
· Teamwork, to- do spirit will be a super plus.
· Spirit of good responsibility, cooperation.
· Graduated with Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communication.
· Be truthful & careful, passionate about creativity & innovation.
