Lixibox is a full- stack one- stop omni- channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in- house agency and the in- house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
Line report: Head of MKT & Customer Happiness
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and curate content across all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Maintain and execute social content calendars to meet deadlines and ensure timely launches of branding initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams including marketing, creative, and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency.
Collaborate with influencers and KOLs for content creation, ensuring brand alignment and tracking performance metrics.
Create compelling video content for TikTok to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
Monitor and analyze branding activities&039; performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
Develop and execute branding strategies aligned with Lixibox&039;s luxury beauty positioning.
Stay updated on international beauty trends and apply insights to local market strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Detail- oriented with a strong sense of accountability for branding activities&039; performance and deadlines.
Track record in KOL management, from booking to performance tracking, with a focus on ROI.
Ability to adapt to fast- paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for beauty industry trends and a keen eye for innovation in branding strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in branding within the luxury beauty sector, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Strong proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Hands- on experience in managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and creating impactful content.
Demonstrated ability in video content creation, particularly for TikTok, with a knack for storytelling and trend identification.
