Pro- actively understand full categories and feed Vietnam market inquiries, category and consumer requirements, from U&A to insight and platform innovation projects.
Active Portfolio/ Product Development:
Develop and implement the 12- 24 months portfolio roadmap including product range, brand and quality build, value delivery to consumers.
Plan Do Check Action:
Management of competitors tracking bi- monthly for MT, GT and Ecom platforms.
Monitor and review the effectiveness of product new launch, sales & marketing improvement, new development and renovation programs.
Product Expertise:
- Management of product training for sales, with the ambition to understand and share the key points of success in terms of sales listing, winning approaching map and USP- RTB to consumer.
Timeline Management:
- Lead the NPD master timeline and successful co- operation with key departments internally.
- Manage the outsource and internal contact windows in PD process and advanced procedure to ensure the lead time for sales & marketing launching in different regions.
MKT 360- degree Activities Proposal:
- Organization of Events and ATL, BTL activities.
- Work with communication team and BOD to ensure single minded message is created in line with IMC plan and brand building communication plan and category needs.
- Confidence in planning, execution and active items price check, especially cost efficiency management in every project to be planned and done.
- Brainstorm meeting for creative ideas, or quick consumers test, product test internally.
- Strength in MKT and Brand proposal with thoughtful utilization of both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to build up the reasonable actions to inform future plans.
Digital & Ecommerce platforms:
- Explore new trial in a variety of platforms including ecommerce partners: IG, TikTok shop, Tiki...
- Management of website and fan- page, ensure the content direction is strong, saleable and design style guide is trendy, attractive and consistent with brand campaigns, from digital platforms to ecommerce presence.
- Co- work with Senior team to develop convincing Content direction, Promotional campaigns, Livestream – Up- sales and up- to- date activities on pages, master of shop mall’ s merchandising factors and visibility improvement continuously.
- Work directly with design team to brainstorm, do style guide and full brief of design for every campaign.
Brand Strategy:
- Ensure brand consistency with product quality on the cross functional team.
- Represent consumer insights, brand choice for different channels and brand keys.
- Assist in brand long- term positioning and strategy, the innovation projects, the creation of effective media plans and channels.
- Develop the creation of ATL & BTL activities based on in- depth understanding of local tastes.
Product Listing Presentation:
- Support sales team to present the company profile and NPD induction to MT and CVS store chains.
Events Operation:
- Coordinate with General Affairs and HR departments to promote the best concept of Customer Convention; Company Tour; Year end party; CSR activities; Environment protection campaigns…
