Campaign Execution
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media and offline activation.
Content Creation:
Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo OA, LinkedIn) posts, sales kit, POSM, and website copy.
Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce high- quality, visual- appealing marketing materials.
Market Research:
Analyze the digital customer journey and user behavior, provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance customer experience.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Brand Management:
Support the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
Customer Engagement:
Manage CRM tools to enhance customer relationship management and marketing effectiveness.
Engage with customers and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion consumers (KOCs) and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Data Analysis:
Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Platform Operation:
Monitor and maintain Karavan platform to ensure optimal performance and uptime of product display and other platform assets.
Execute personalized marketing campaigns using customer data from the CDP
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with the Tech support team to resolve them promptly.
Cross- function Collaboration:
Work closely with cross- functional team (Category, Sales, Growth, Product, CS...) to align marketing efforts with sales objectives including:
Liaise with other departments and coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
