Brand Management:

Brand- building action plan by campaign
Brainstorm ideas to meet sales & marketing objective,
Execute plans and report on campaign results

Launching/ relaunching campaign:

Develop & manage marketing activities;
Work with Agencies to develop & carry out marketing campaigns effectively & on a timely manner
Cooperate with other functions (Sales, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance, Production…) to ensure effectiveness & timeliness of Marketing programs
Supervise the marketing programs and its contribution to sales & market share;

Market analysist base on intelligence data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities as well as forecast market changes in mid/ long- termEvaluate the performance of brand/ product, consumer insights, market changes, competitors’ movements to quickly have counter- act actions.

Sales management:PDC to make sure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns to achieve sales & share target

Product development:
Propose product launching timeline & manage follow operation with internal/ external stakeholders
Data analysist:

Good interpersonal skills;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand management and at least 2 years’ experience in Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager position with proven track record;
University graduate, Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage;
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good analytical skills, Creative, Very passionate;
Very good oral & written Vietnamese and English;
Hard- working and ready to work in high pressure environment;
Proactive and takes initiatives;
