Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail- oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive business growth and customer favorability. You will assist in managing brand performance, coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate / Project Brand Strategy & Execution
Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns aligned with business priorities.
Support the implementation of the company’s brand strategy across all corporate touchpoints (internal and external).
Assist in translating customer insights, usage behaviors, and competitive analysis into impactful brand strategies.
Support the creation of positioning, messaging frameworks, and brand narratives for key projects or product lines & brand consistency across platforms.
Go- to- Market (GTM) Support
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to roll out GTM campaigns and project launches / maintenance.
Assist in the development of key launch materials in 360- degree marketing.
Content & Communications
Coordinate the production of brand and marketing materials including brochures, corporate videos, executive presentations, and website updates.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Support
Help execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting key stakeholders.
Coordinate project planning, execution and industry activations.
Help manage social media channels and corporate storytelling efforts.
Insights & Reporting
Gather and analyze data from brand health tracking, media coverage and industry reports.
Conduct market researches, brand audits and competitive benchmarking to assess brand performance and positioning.
Report on key metrics and contribute to brand dashboards and campaign reports.
Collaboration & Governance
Assist in maintaining brand guidelines, asset libraries, and approval workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Communications, Sales, Product, etc.) to maintain brand alignment.
