JOB DESCRIPTION
Proactively and efficiently support the Brand Manager in building and evaluating marketing programs and market data analysis to identify key areas of opportunities and risks. Establish and oversee the operational plan by working cross- functionally to implement marketing activities, campaigns, and customer access programs for the assigned products of the Oncology brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PLANNING & EXECUTION:
Assisting the Brand Manager with developing annual strategies, seasonal campaigns, and Oncologist/Customers access programs.
Conduct market research understanding and customer insights, and provide input on competitors, pricing, and value story.
Assisting the Brand Manager to analyze market data from the analysts and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities, and brand threats to propose effective brand building and marketing solutions suitable for business.
CORPORATE BRANDING DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATION
Implement plans and branding campaigns across all communication touchpoints and media channels to ensure brand consistency.
Assist the Brand Manager in coordinating with the Sales and Medical teams to approach key stakeholders & KOLs through scientific programs and engagement, branding partnerships opportunities.
Educate and engage branding scopes toward both internal stakeholders and customers.
Work/Coordinate closely with MKT operational team and related stakeholders, including internal & external, from the planning stage to deploying execution plans.
Follow up with daily tracking & review to ensure 100% of activities are delivered on time and quality and monitor against agreed KPI. Together with the whole team to drive solutions for the issues and challenges.
Supervise and consult internal &, external stakeholders in applying and following Brand guidelines in their job.
Supervise and control the quality of all brand and communication assets across touchpoints from the MKT operational team or agencies.
Responsible for the management of the branding&039;s budget and brands&039; A&P spend.
REPORT & ANALYSIS:
Report to a Brand manager to deliver periodic internal reports and assigned project reports.
