Ninety Eight, a leading Web3 company, seeks skilled and experienced Brand Marketing to drive our Web3 product and service marketing efforts. You will lead cross- functional efforts to build a strong, cohesive brand identity that resonates with the target Web3 user base and positions Ninety Eight as a leader.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals:
Brand Strategy & Vision:
Craft a long- term brand vision and roadmap
Develop a brand strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience
Define the brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework
Brand Identity & Guidelines:
Ensure consistent brand application across all marketing and communications
Oversee the brand&039;s visual identity and establish a cohesive style guide
Integrated Marketing & Campaigns:
Lead the development and execution of cross- channel marketing campaigns
Coordinate the creation of compelling content to bring the brand to life
Team Management & Collaboration:
Collaborate cross- functionally to ensure brand alignment
Lead and mentor a high- performing brand marketing team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional strategic and creative thinking skills to translate complex concepts into impactful brand narratives
Strong executive- level communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Excellent English proficiency
Minimum of 4- 7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and management (in- house and/ or agency settings).
Expertise in data analysis and using metrics to drive brand and marketing decisions
Proven track record of leading successful brand development and transformations for user- facing products and services
Experience in building, leading, and inspiring high- performing, cross- functional teams
