Assistant Brand Manager (Meso/Skin Booster)

We are hiring ABM Fusion Meso, Content Writer Rejuran (Skin Booster)
Supporting Brand Managers, to build and develop effective brands. Specifically, they are responsible for the following key tasks:
Assist in building brand strategy:

Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify market trends to recommend appropriate brand positioning.
Participate in developing marketing and brand promotion campaigns.
Support Brand Managers in setting brand development goals and strategies.

Manage and implement marketing activities:

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Report marketing performance to the Brand Manager.
Manage marketing budgets.
Plan and execute marketing activities according to the established strategy.

Manage brand image:

Manage brand website and social media content.
Ensure brand image consistency across all communication channels.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective brand image transmission.

Support other activities:

Support in resolving brand- related issues.
Assist Brand Managers in new product research and development.
Participate in marketing and brand promotion events.

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in English.
- Have comprehensive and knowledge of marketing and branding activities. Understanding of the pharmaceutical and cosmetic business field
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- At least 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing. Prefer in Cosmetic
