Brand Development (20%)
• Monitor brand performance index such as brand awareness, brand equity, brand health check & market share
• Propose initiatives to strengthen brand identity and ensure brand consistency across channels
• Conduct market research, consumer connection, focus group and online competitors analysis to identify Issue & Opportunity (I&O) for business growth opportunities.
• Support the Brand Manager in developing short and long- term brand strategies for current brand and building new sub- brand to growth the master brand
New Product Development (30%)
• Conduct consumer research to identify needs, insights, and product direction
• Prepare product briefs, coordinate concept testing, and manage development timelines
• Track cost efficiency and ensure progress within approved budgets.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams (R&D, Design) to develop product concepts, formulation, packaging design
New Product Launching (20%)
• Prepare post- launch evaluations, identify learnings, and propose improvement plans for future launches & products.
• Lead and coordinate new product launch campaign, including timeline, budget, launch plan and stakeholder management
• Work closely with Digital, Trade, Creative, Social & PR, Ecom & Customer Development Team to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor post- launch performance: sales, distribution, communication effectiveness, and consumer feedback
Marcom & IMC Management (20%)
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns with internal teams and external agencies
• Manage P&L, ensure all marketing activities align with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Track campaign KPIs and provide insights to optimize performance and ROI
• Manage key visual, brand content, and brand assets across all touchpoints (Digital, Influencer, POSM, PR, etc.); able to lead both ATL & BTL activities
Others (10%)
• Other tasks are required flexibly according to the Marketing Department & Business requirement if any.
• Support ad- hoc marketing or cross- functional projects
• Manage budget tracking, reporting, and preparation of proposals or presentations
