Assistant Brand Manager

Coordinate effectively with cross functions to ensure OTIF delivery of operational tasks in alignment with marketing strategy of the assigned brand(s)
Assist in the execution of marketing plans to deliver commercial targets

1. Requirements:

The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job:

Education: Bachelor degree in related fields
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing in FMCG, preferably in MNCs
Skills:
Strong business mindset and analytical thinking
Good problem solving, stakeholder management and project management skills

Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Closely monitor/ analyze sales, market share and competitor activities to recommend commercial actions
Coordinate with cross functions to implement activities effectively & OTIF
Manage marketing budget and expenditures
Assist in coordination with Sales departments to deliver winning portfolio (pricing, barrier breaking renovation and innovation) and maximize distribution, in- store activities
Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives
