Assistant Finance Manager - Sailing Club Beach Club Phu Quoc

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Cluster GM, DOO, and SCLG Finance team to support:
- POS & SMILE financial setup and accuracy
- Forecasting, variance analysis & operational finance
- Collaboration with all HODs to align finance with operations
- Acting as the main finance contact
- Cost control, inventory oversight & revenue accuracy
- Monthly financial reporting (MMR, MFR, P&L coordination)
You’ll also work side- by- side with our Assistant Accounting Manager to ensure full coverage of both operational finance and accounting compliance — forming a strong finance leadership foundation for the Beach Club.

A passionate, detail- oriented finance professional with:
- Strong analytical skills & excellent Excel knowledge
- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills
- 3 years of hospitality finance experience
- Understanding of SMILE and POS systems
- A growth mindset and desire to build a long- term career with Sailing Club
