The Assistant General Director will play a critical role in supporting the General Director across all aspects of the group’s operations. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines such as finance, law, human resources, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic and Operational Support
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve the group’s long- term mission and goals.
Provide insights and solutions to improve organizational efficiency and performance.
Partner with the General Director to oversee and coordinate the group’s key operational functions, including finance, legal, HR, marketing, and business development.
Financial and Legal Oversight
Support legal compliance across jurisdictions, ensuring all company operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the group’s financial health.
Collaborate with external legal and financial advisors as needed.
Human Resources and Organizational Development
Support recruitment efforts and talent management initiatives to build strong, high- performing teams.
Work with HR teams to implement policies that foster a positive workplace culture and support employee growth.
Marketing and Business Development
Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to strengthen the group’s brand and presence in global markets.
Explore and evaluate opportunities for business growth, including partnerships and new market entry strategies.
Leadership and Problem Solving
Solve complex problems independently and collaboratively, ensuring timely and effective decision- making.
Act as a trusted advisor to the General Director, providing critical feedback and recommendations.
Represent the General Director in meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed.
