Basic Functions:
Manage compensation and benefits, HR operations, and general affairs execution by applying HR policies, data- driven analysis, to support cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits
· Manage employee contracts, including contract renewal, extension, and termination in compliance with labor law and ensure the employee data accuracy
· Manage social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance (SHUI) declarations, adjustments, and reconciliations in compliance with regulations
· Handle personal income tax (PIT) matters, including tax declaration, finalization, dependent registration, and tax- related reports
· Prepare and consolidate HR reports monthly
· Manage monthly payroll processing and finalization of payroll data
· Develop, review, and implement compensation and benefits (C&B) policies, ensuring alignment with business strategy, approved budgets, internal regulations, and labor laws
Employee Engagement & Internal Communications
· Ensure the internal communication are delivered clearly
· Supervise and assign tasks; coach, evaluate, and develop HR team members to prepare plan for employee activities such as team- building, year- end party and internal events initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture
Talent Acquisition:
· Develop and manage development programs; collaborate with Recruitment partners to enhance employer branding and analyze program effectiveness and talent outcomes
· Supervise recruitment team and oversee end- to- end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
General Administration
· Handle general administration tasks, including arrange business trips for Managers
· Check and control GA expenses; supporting documents for payment and reimbursement
· Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth administrative operations
