Sample testing and analyzing

Perform inspection of raw material, products in- process.
Perform testing of our finished products and competitive products

Baking and Testing reports

Assign Baking Technicians to receive flour sample for testing depend on the purpose of each of flour.
Timely submit to QC Manager on every case involved
Evaluate or determine the quality of tested flour via end- products
Prepare testing daily report per batch which should be submitted to QC Manager in 24 hours.
Confirm information report from Baking Technician.
Supervise the Sample Records received from internal or competitors.

Technical Support and product quality

Coordinate with Sales Technical Team to take care and give the best advice to end- users
Technical support to customer
Frequently support and guide Marketing Executive about Technical Skills at Mill Baker

Develop and research new products

Research and develop new products based on customer.
Searching and researching new additives, dosage for product with lowest cost.
Save file all new products (take photograph, formula, procedure)
Research and develop current additive & new additive defend product and market.
Research and develop new products via documentary which was trained

College/ University degree, major in Food Technology or related field
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Previous work experience with foreign investment enterprise is preferred.
