Assistant Manager, Claims (Assessor)Urgent job FWD Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited

PURPOSE
- Deliver expertise claims through Claims process in term of effectively and customer- centricity;
- Contribute ideas to revise procedure, forms, communications of Claims;
- Incorporate with Sales Force to educate, support for sales process along with relevant stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Perform QA to evaluate claims quality based on quality score, error rate and different decision percentage;
- Work with Re- insurer companies for claim cases need to have their opinion;
- Give the technical advice for resolving complicated complaining cases;
- Contribute to review and revise claims forms, letters, payment … to improve TAT;
- Make decision on claim within own authority with productivity/ efficiency in targets;
- Handle claim complaints effectively in line with company guidelines and give customer satisfaction;
- Follow up pending claim cases;
- Training assessors;
- Propose ideas to improve claim process;

- Good command of English and Vietnamese;
- Strong manner of carefulness, responsibilities, problem solving, decision making, management under high pressure and upon challenges.
- Pro- active, innovative, integrity, meticulous and diligent;
- Well organized and good time management;
- At least 5- year experienced in claims field at life insurance company;
- Customer Service Mindset;
- Bachelor&039;s degree, having Medical background and LOMA certificate is preferable;
- Knowledgeable in computer software and system usage;
- Effective interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit;
