Assistant Manager - Logistic

Aid in implementing and managing a warehouse management system (WMS) to streamline operations and improve inventory accuracy.
Provide daily updates on Warehouse status to management and submit weekly/monthly reports to the Central Supply Chain Manager.
Collaborate with other departments such as production, finance, and quality control to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.
Support in training warehouse personnel on safety protocols and best practices.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent loss, damage, or misplacement of inventory items.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams to forecast demand and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Implement and reinforce warehouse policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within warehouse and supply chain operations.
Aid in supervising warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Other relevant work will be assigned as per the requirements within the Supply Chain.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with Warehouse Managers to maintain accurate stock levels.
Identify and assess potential risks in transportation and logistics operations.
Assist in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
Assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of disruptions in the supply chain.
Collaborate with Warehouse Managers to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Assist in developing and implementing inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Coordinate with the Production/Operation team for raw cashew nut (RCN) requirements progress.
Support in developing technology solutions such as barcode scanning and RFID systems for inventory tracking.

· 3 ~ 5 Years’ strong experience in warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination, preferably in Food/manufacturing or distribution centres.
· Warehouse management certifications or any relevant certification is an additional preference.
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse/Business Management, or a related field. Master&039;s degree preferred.

· Any WMS software skill is required.
· Fluency in English & Vietnamese is required and preferred in additional languages.
· MS Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory & General computer literacy.
. Power BI and Advanced Excel Dashboards with AI are an additional advantage for candidates.
