Mô tả công việc

You will also act as the Member of Business Assurance Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the BA team to develop business and operation on academy services.

Generate prompt and accurate quotations for inquiries
Manage and service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets
Facilitating communication and collaboration with various teams within the company
Responsible for the sales and marketing activities of Academy related services
Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners
Coach and strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities of the Sales Team
Work closely with Marketing to develop and maximize the success of lead generation activities, marketing programs and customer focused events
Identify, create and follow- up on new accounts as well as new product and market development
Review, evaluate and develop pricing strategies for product portfolios
Prepare prospects and presentations to showcase the academy’s offerings to potential clients, aiming to generate leads
Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries, feedback and comments
Develops and executes business plans to meet sales targets for revenue and profitability
Focuses on penetrating key accounts within their assigned territory to identify potential clients, develop relationships, and explore new business prospects
Comply with working procedures and trainer qualification process
Responsible for customer retention as well as related marketing events:
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Other duties relevant to this level
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Yêu cầu công việc

Prior work experience in Academy services of TIC related products will be an added advantage
Bachelor&039;s degree in business/ marketing, education, human resources or relevant field.
Strong sales and/or business development track records
Ability to plan, multi- task and manage time effectively
Speak English fluently in writing and communication.
Mature, self- disciplined and result- driven
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Proven strong experience as an Academy Sales
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Good computer and database skills
Independent working with high pressure
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on- the- job or in classroom training, e- learning, workshops, simulations etc)
