Position Summary:
The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager supports the Marketing Communication Manager in developing and executing strategic marketing communication initiatives. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong creative and strategic thinking skills, excellent project management abilities, and experience in the gaming or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Help develop business requirements and implement solutions to address customer communication and vendor relationship needs.
Coordinate details and execution of all events and promotions with related departments.
Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the club’s business objectives and brand positioning.
Facilitate and drive tactical and strategic marketing communication initiatives, prioritizing agency resources as necessary.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal clients to create high- quality marketing materials.
Collaborate on the development and management of the brand’s content strategy and asset creation.
Oversee brand photography and videography standards, ensuring continuous updating of creative assets.
Ensure all marketing communications integration, including look and feel, messaging, timing, and sequencing.
Assist in developing and implementing database marketing strategies to ensure effective program results.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Support the creation and maintenance of the editorial calendar, content, and photography for the club’s custom- published magazine.
Evaluate the performance of all marketing events and promotions to ensure reinvestment rates are maintained and profit margins are acceptable.
Assist in creating innovative marketing plans and materials to enhance the club’s brand presence.
Support the execution of club events, promotions, and direct marketing offers to club members.
Support the management of key processes involving agencies, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Assist in managing marketing initiatives, including brand partnerships, social media campaigns, and promotional content.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and enhance customer loyalty programs, events, and promotions.
