Marketing Communication Officer

Main duties

Understand company process of shooting (video and photo), materials delivery, payment
Be able to produce best visuals, contents on diverse platforms for each AEON campaign
Improve and optimize digital database case by case
Understand digital index, budget following AEON strategy to efficiently deliver Integrated Communication Plan
Be proactive to follow up Execution Plan with Digital Agency
Quickly produce contents for urgent cases
Always develop AEON brand identity, broaden awareness of its values and priorities in customer&039;s mind; as well increase the visibility of its leadership across a wider audience
Release AEON information (promotion products, events, member benefits, etc.) to Target Audiences with effective KPI from Owned Channels, Earned Channels and Paid Channels

Other duties

Support company events or team activities.
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.

Minimum 01 year of related experience
Ability to use Photoshop, AI is a plus
Good interpersonal skill and collaborative working manner
Good command of spoken and written English
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi- tasks
Good planning, organizing and time- management skills
Aesthetic, dynamic, flexible, agile and proactive
University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business or equivalent
Good communication skill
Good writing contents on many platforms
