Position Summary: The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager supports the Marketing Communication Manager in developing and executing strategic marketing communication initiatives. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong creative and strategic thinking skills, excellent project management abilities, and experience in the gaming or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee brand photography and videography standards, ensuring continuous updating of creative assets.
Assist in creating innovative marketing plans and materials to enhance the club’s brand presence.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal clients to create high- quality marketing materials.
Help develop business requirements and implement solutions to address customer communication and vendor relationship needs.
Support the management of key processes involving agencies, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Collaborate on the development and management of the brand’s content strategy and asset creation.
Evaluate the performance of all marketing events and promotions to ensure reinvestment rates are maintained and profit margins are acceptable.
Assist in developing and implementing database marketing strategies to ensure effective program results.
Ensure all marketing communications integration, including look and feel, messaging, timing, and sequencing.
Facilitate and drive tactical and strategic marketing communication initiatives, prioritizing agency resources as necessary.
Support the creation and maintenance of the editorial calendar, content, and photography for the club’s custom- published magazine.
Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the club’s business objectives and brand positioning.
Coordinate details and execution of all events and promotions with related departments.
Support the execution of club events, promotions, and direct marketing offers to club members.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Assist in managing marketing initiatives, including brand partnerships, social media campaigns, and promotional content.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and enhance customer loyalty programs, events, and promotions.
