Scope of work:
Establishes a programme for sending promotional news to trade publications on a regular basis releases covering special events, promotions, etc.
Accepts clients and media complaints, requests, and inquiries and coordinates handling with departments concerned
Develop hotel gifts and giveaways
Provides information to other departments on activities within all the oulets which may be useful when dealing with guests
Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities
Co- ordinates outlet photography when required and maintains outlets photo file
Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place
Maintains clipping files pertaining to the outlet(s) based on daily perusal of the media and provides same to BOD
Develops a public relations programme based on its marketing goals. Work with Marketing team in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets
Establishes sales leads and coordinates sales leads with Banqueting and Sales Departments
Works with superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
Coordinates guest lists and invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons, dinners, etc.
Liaises with Human Resource Manager on matters affecting corporate image
Coordinates all activities with the Sales Manager
Monitors awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies
Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities.
Working time & place:
Working place: No.1 ,Street 39, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
Working time: Monday- Friday (08:30 – 17:30) and Saturday morning (08:30 – 12:30)
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or related field.
3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Good at writing skills
Problem solving, reasoning, motivation, organizational and training abilities.
