Assistant Marketing Manager VSIP Cần Thơ

*** JOB PURPOSE: To perform the general roles & activities of the VSIP Marketing Department as well as co- ordination with its agencies aiming to promote, deliver high- level, quality, innovative business development and bring in investments/projects into the Industrial Park
*** KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- Propose action plan, strategies to the Marketing Manager to implement various marketing/sales activities for the department
- Supervise the activities carried out by staff under his/her areas
- Carry out daily tasks based on department’s assignments
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager on all marketing activities
*** KEY AUTHORITIES/ DIMENSIONS:
- Be able to map out action plan/ marketing activities for staff working under his/her supervision
- Same authority as the Marketing Manager on prices and incentives to be offered to prospects
- Act as Acting Dept Head when the Marketing Manager is not around

Educational qualifications / expertise:
- Language proficiency: English or other languages
- Good at power point, excel, world
- Customer- oriented
- University graduated
- At least/from 2 years experience
- Pro active and dynamic
Relevant knowledge and skills:
- Team- work management skills
- Good inter- personal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good management skills and knowledgeable in marketing activities
