* MARKETING CAMPAIGNS:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email, and the resort&039;s website.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the resort&039;s services, packages, and special events.
* SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
- Manage, maintain and plan the resort&039;s social media accounts as well as other related channels/ platforms to foster engagement and build a strong online community.
- Proficient in running advertising campaigns across platforms
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic marketing efforts.
* CONTENT CREATION:
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand&039;s voice, values, and standards.
- Support & In charge of the hotel photo shooting and promotions
- Support & Plan to create TVC commercial scripts of project and working with KOLs or models
- Press release writing, newsletters
- Generate creative and compelling content, including copywriting and visual assets, for marketing materials, advertisements, and online platforms.
- Update & ensure all promotions, information are placed consistently at all channels (from online to offline)

- Maintaining the hotels’ media library to include video, film
- Implement and developing Marketing strategies
* COLLABORATION AND COORDINATION:
- Support all internal communication activities
- Building a network of digital influencers, journalists, expat groups.
- Work closely with internal departments, such as Sales, Food & Beverage, Water Park to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and influencers (all media contacts, travel blogger, KOLs), community page to execute collaborative marketing initiatives.
* DATA ANALYSIS:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare Marketing Monthly Report
- Knowing statistics and parameters of social channels
* BRAND MANAGEMENT:
- Contribute to the development and execution of branding strategies to enhance the resort&039;s positioning in the market.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
* EVENT PROMOTION:
- Coordinate to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities.
- Support to promote the promotions of resort events, conferences, and special occasions through targeted marketing efforts.
