Assist the production department and guide the teams to respond to sales in a timely manner or negotiate with customers to solve problems that occur during the bulk production process.
Actively cooperate and implement the work instructions of superiors including management, and complete each task efficiently and effectively.
Responsible for assigning and arranging the work of each group in the department according to the plan and work urgency.
According to the needs of the work, coordinate and cooperate with related departments such as the sales, sample room, production department, warehouse department, and accessory department, and assume the corresponding coordination responsibilities to promote the smooth completion of the work.
According to the overall company operation plan, work out the department&039;s work plan with the sales team, production and general manager.
In addition to the above- mentioned work scope, the job holder must perform and complete all related and legal work tasks assigned by superiors including management at any time, and shall not refuse.
Complete the relevant work in accordance with the specified forms and reports.
Responsible for assisting in solving problems in the daily handling of sample room and production of the merchandiser department.
Responsible for implementing the company&039;s management system, supervising the work discipline of employees, and maintaining normal work order.
Responsible for training the understanding of different styles and different parts of the clothing professional predicates in the training of the merchandiser department, and accurately pass the related information and requirements of the client to related department in time.
Frequently maintain and improve work awareness and vigilance to prevent and avoid the consequences of work errors.
Effectively monitor subordinates, stabilize manpower, improve and promote work productivity.
Supervise the follow- up work of each group&039;s bulk production progress, guide each group to coordinate and communicate with customers or sales team, and provide the production department with accurate bulk production materials.
Update the WIP status report and pass to related department weekly.
Supervise whether the fabrics and materials for bulk production arrive in the warehouse on time, and guide the various groups in the department to follow up and deal with them effectively.
Prepare garment cost and get General Manager’s approval before send to sales or client. Include check SAM with IE and check EMB/washing cost with subcontractor and quote extra production lead time if needed.
Make good use of resources, monitor costs, and exert work effectiveness.
