KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the F&B Manager in every aspect of manning and organization of the outlet to the standards established by the hotel
Report to the F&B Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
To brief personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items; to coordinate with F&B Kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
To welcome and seat guests and present menu with suggestion to specials.
To ensure all necessary arrangement and preparation are made for normal and special events, to coordinate activities with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments.
To perform duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may assigned.
To monitor and direct service flow in the restaurant.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Requests casual staff hiring with the approval of Restaurant Manager.
To check regularly all operating equipment to ensure sufficiency and report inventory, breakages or missing items.
Organizes rosters for department with the assistance of Restaurant Manager.
Performs other duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager in a timely and effective manner.
Initiates regular F&B meeting schedules that involve full participation by employees.
To attend all F&B meeting scheduled in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Attends all briefings and training sessions as scheduled.
To check rooms for need of repair of furniture and fixtures, to coordinate with Engineering.
Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.

Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Qualifications
Graduated from Vocational/College/University preferably in Hotel Management major, Food & Beverage major or related field.
Computer Skill
Good command in English
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Experience
Outlet Supervisors with good background will be considered to interview.
2 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in international 4- 5 star hotel/resort.
