Assistant Restaurant Manager (onboard after Lunar New Year)

Monitor food & beverage quality, inventory, POS systems and menu accuracy; propose improvements when necessary.
Take a hands- on role during peak hours, handling operational issues and guest complaints professionally.
Recruit, train, schedule and manage restaurant staff (floor staff, hosts, cashiers, etc.).
Coordinate and support events, functions, promotions and sales activities.
Supervise service quality, hygiene, workplace safety and overall restaurant presentation.
Act as Duty Manager when assigned.
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards and business efficiency.
Prepare and submit operational, HR and sales reports as required.

Strong knowledge of Western- style restaurant operations, service standards, food and wine menus.
Proven leadership and team training experience with a hands- on management style.
Good communication, organization, problem- solving and customer service skills.
Detail- oriented, responsible, service- minded and results- driven.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel/restaurant industry, with experience in a similar supervisory or management role.
Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage (if applicable).
Experience using POS and inventory control systems.
