Position Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager – GT & HORECA Channel supports the development and execution of sales strategies for the General Trade (GT) and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channels in the domestic market. This role focuses on expanding distribution networks, managing key partners, and driving sales growth for Nafoods’ product portfolio including dried fruits, soft- dried fruits, and cashew nuts.
Assist in developing sales policies and channel strategies for the domestic market.
Monitor sales performance and propose solutions to improve channel effectiveness and revenue growth.
Support the development and implementation of sales plans aligned with the company’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure sustainable growth.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential distributors and key customers.
Manage and expand the GT and HORECA distribution network, including distributors, wholesalers, restaurants, cafés, and hotels.
Support the achievement of sales targets for assigned channels and territories.
Ensure effective implementation of sales programs and promotions in the market.
Track sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights for business improvement.
Collect market feedback and customer insights to contribute to product development and improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Production teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Support the management of sales operation budgets, including sampling programs, customer engagement activities, and business travel.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales within FMCG or F&B industries.
Knowledge of trade marketing is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience working with GT or HORECA channels is highly preferred.
Proactive, results- oriented, and able to work independently.
Understanding of distribution systems and channel development in the domestic market.
