Assistant Sales Manager

At Sunrise Sportsgear Vietnam LLC, the sales team is the engine that drives the consumer reach of our packaging solutions. We’re seeking a qualified assisstant sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal assisstant sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high- performance team.

Responsibilities:

Liaise efficiently and cooperatively with warehouse, accounts and affiliates.
Analyse market trends & plan ahead to forecast sales for the region assigned.
Maintain good long- term relations with key customers to increase market share.
Identify potential opportunities for further business.
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product developments in this space.
Ensure timely payment by customers and monitor customer growth potentials.
Develop and manage wholesale and retail customer accounts in Central of Vietnam.
Develop dealer and distributor network.
Assist and participate in trade fairs.
Work closely with sales team to achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets.

Requirements

Aggressive, independent, self- motivated and customer – oriented individual.
Experience: 5+ years of total experience of which minimum 2 years in sales distribution, preferably in a sporting goods/ apparel / footwear industry.
Education Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing are highly preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Outstanding sales record with high sales activity.

Working experience in MS office, Excel & Word.
