JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing retail partners while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities across Vietnam&039;s beauty retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Management:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Regular communication and coordination with partners for promotional activities and inventory management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing retail partners including international chains (Watson&039;s, Guardian) and local H&B stores
- Monitor partner performance and implement improvement strategies
. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in both online and offline channels
- Negotiate commercial terms with new partners
- Develop compelling business proposals and presentations
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities
Sales Operations:
- Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Track and analyze sales performance data
- Manage sales forecasting and inventory planning with partners
Marketing & Trade Marketing:
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective trade marketing strategies
- Plan and execute partner- specific promotional campaigns
- Coordinate visual merchandising activities with retail partners
- Support partners in product training and brand education
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in beauty/cosmetics industry sales
- Proficient in MS Office and sales management tools
- Strong network within Vietnam&039;s retail beauty industry
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of e- commerce operations
- Basic Korean language skills (advantage)
- Knowledge of modern trade and traditional trade channels in Vietnam
- Experience with Korean beauty brands
