Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives for audio products.
Prepare sales forecasts and monitor progress toward monthly and annual targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable audio solutions.
Act as a key point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and negotiations, ensuring excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential new clients.
Team Support & Coordination:
Supervise and motivate the sales team, providing training and guidance as needed.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for audio products.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on team performance and sales activity.
Administrative Duties:
Manage documentation related to sales contracts, proposals, and purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Support inventory management for audio products to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to follow:
Performance of the sales team under supervision.
Number of new clients acquired.
Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
Retention rate of existing clients.
Requirement:
Must have:
At least 03 years of experience in Sales; Marketing, Bussiness Adminstration
Proficient (intermediate) skills on MS Office software pack.
Referred and Plus:
Have experience with Audio Equipment field or Similar.
Have extensive knowledge and experience in using data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Excel.
Good relationship with Audio/Electronics Dealers and Channels (retailer- wholesalers).
Education and Language:
Upper Intermediate Level (B2) in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Basic Qualifications:
Strategic, Logical; and Creative Thinking base on sales mindset
Analytical thinking with problem- solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
