Communicates with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient utilization of manpower and facilities.
Helps facilitate daily operations of the Spa to reflect sophistication in services and seamless service to the customer.

Ensure that inventories are conducted regularly and accurately for all retail products, linen and professional products.
Responsible for helping standardize, maintain, update and training of all Therapists on Spa policies.
Recommend personnel changes in assigned areas, including promotion, demotion, and vacations, leaves of absence and release of staff.
Must practice methods, which comply with sanitation, and health guidelines established by local regulations and the Property’s Policies and Procedures. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the Spa and Fitness areas.

Will provide assistance in servicing guests in between training schedules.

Must ensure Therapists maintain a medical facility grade of cleanliness in the treatment area at all times, and practicing all sanitation and safety guidelines as required by any applicable regulations and by the Policies & Procedures.
Recommend/implement incentive programs in department that addresses reducing costs or increasing revenues and meets company’s budgetary guidelines.
Promotes a positive work environment that stimulates and motivates employees to acceptable levels of turnover, absenteeism, and promotions.
