Assistant Store Manager

About the job
Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing all retail/ F&B operations and for delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team- specific goals
• Report to Store Manager regarding sales results and productivity
• Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
• Manage the merchandise display to maximize sales revenue
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
• Supervise and train staff
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor&039;s degree in relevent field
• Guest- oriented and service- minded.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks and motivating team
• Fluent English in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Proven food and beverage management experience, min. 2 years at the same positions
• Communication and leadership skills
